HOW DOES IT WORK?
First of all you must register with us. this is simple. just send an E-Mail to Mightymeaty10@googlemail.com with your contact name, number and the area you live in and we will update you with any news and offers we have coming up. this will also enable you to order with us when you want to join in.
Note: We take your privacy very seriously and will not share your details with any third party.
You have to pay upfront as cash talks volumes to the traders. Once the website is fully functioning, you will be able to pay via PAYPAL for a small charge.
I will give you as much notice as possible as to when I will be making my next delivery, I will take your orders up to 48 hours before I go. (Please check the website for the next delivery date.)
I will then come and collect the payment the afternoon or evening 24hrs before I go.
If you find that you remember something at the last moment then please give me a ring and I am sure that I will be able to help.
If you order 3 Kilo’s of meat and you don't want it cut into steaks etc, then just let me know and I will ask the butcher to accommodate this for you
I will deliver your order to you first thing on the morning that I collect it. If there is a problem with that you need to let me know when you place the order and I will arrange something suitable. Remember, this is fresh produce and needs to be refrigerated / frozen to maintain its goodness.
I will always be honest with you, if I know that you can get the same quality at the same or better price elsewhere then I will tell you straight away. (No we are not offering a “we will beat any genuine quote” service).
I am not a butcher and do not prepare the items. Once I place your order, it is cut and sealed in its packaging by trained and licensed butchers to be delivered to you by us.
The easiest way to contact me is by the E-Mail address at the bottom of the page, as I am not always able to answer my phone immediately. But if you do try to get me on the phone and I cant answer, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
DELIVERY
At present, we are delivering in the Medway, Swale, Isle of Sheppey and surrounding area's. and we are now starting to deliver in the Ashford (Kent) and immediate surrounding areas We are able to deliver to other area's if you place a substantial order.
1) Delivery of your items will be to the place you have ordered from unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering.
2) All produce will be transported and delivered in a temperature controlled environment to maintain food safety standards.
3) Once delivered, Mighty Meaty will not accept responsibility for any damage to the product or its packaging or any discrepancies in the order unless it is identified and pointed out to the driver at the time of delivery.
4) Unless otherwise stated, all items are fresh and have to our knowledge never been frozen. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to follow safe food handling practice from receipt of the product until the time of consumption.
5) All deliveries less than £50.00 in value will attract a delivery charge of £5.00 unless previously agreed and the invoice is noted accordingly.
6) By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all of the above terms.
You may be asking yourself why our prices are so low, the simple fact is that we have very low overhead costs, therefore we pass the saving straight on to you. You can rest assured that we will never take price over quality.
